Excel Academy has different training options. Contact sessions in our different learning centres, online and blended learning. Contact sessions will take place at different learning centres and at an arranged time. The student choosing this option must attend the training at a specific accredited venue preferably near to where they live. All travelling, refreshments, and lunch will be at the student’s own expense. Different options are available for students who choose online training. A well-developed Learner Management System (LMS) is at the disposal of students that can facilitate the student to complete the theoretical modules. Virtual classes are also available with Zoom as a platform. Students choosing this method will have to download Zoom on a laptop (preferably) or cell phone (sometimes too small a screen). They must have enough internet data and a stable connection. Blended learning refers to a mix of all the above, which can suit each student’s specific needs and position.

For Excel Theological Training Academy, several keys are important to ensure success:
Well qualified lecturers are available that will be able to teach the material and have sufficient practical experience to transfer knowledge.
We have established a well-managed administrative system that forms the backbone of the training centre. Our excellent learner management system assists us in our critical operations with online capabilities.
The student support system is in development and regularly improved so that it is available five days per week.
We are developing methods of approaching subjects to help students get their minds around the theoretical modules.
Our goal is to set up enough partnerships with community organisations and Churches where students can employ their acquired knowledge and practical experience in the workplace.
We strive to produce a good model of assessment and feedback to the student to facilitate real learning.
